I recently bought the Dharma Yoga Wheel, so far I LOVE it. Really helps the back stretches and opening of the heart center. I did some work on it briefly, but haven’t explored all that it can be used for. I’m pretty excited to find new ways to incorporate it into my home yoga practice.

Headstands need some work.
Been putting a lot of work into my back, it’s one of my tightest areas since getting pregnant killed my back and core. I warmed up pretty good with some bridge work and shoulder stands, and was able to pop right up into a back bend! Haven’t done that in….. YEARS!
